Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made with Rainbow Adventures, Munnar.


2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the booked date: 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made between 24–48 hours: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows: No refund.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


3. Cancellation by Rainbow Adventures

We may cancel or postpone activities due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions.

  • Technical or safety issues.

  • Government restrictions or natural calamities.

In such cases, customers will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule their activity.


4. Rescheduling Policy

Customers may request a reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the booking time. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be made to the same payment method used during booking.

  • Processing time depends on the payment provider but typically takes 7–10 working days.


6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Promotional or discounted packages.

  • Group bookings with custom arrangements.

  • Bookings made via third-party travel partners (please refer to their policies).
